What will you do?
  • Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with various brands and organizations across categories like F&B, beauty, electronics, home furnishings and apparel.
  • Work with the business team on the category strategy to identify and curate the right selection of D2C ecommerce brands and products for the platform.
  • Work with brand partners to crack the best curation of products for PayNback store's premium users.
  • Track performance of products with various data tools to identify and analyze trends for optimizing sales volumes.
  • Identify top products and get best in class offers for special event days as well as regular business days on store.
  • Manage brand on boarding and ensure timely and unerring product listings for the selected curation from the brand in liaison with the merchandising team.
  • Coordinate with all operations teams including product fulfilment, customer support and finance teams to ensure smooth functioning of category and best partner experience.

Risk Execution Specialist

What will you do?
  • Working closely with the risk team to drive adherence to the monthly risk calendar involving activities like policy execution/underwriting, portfolio reporting, etc.
  • Developing, implementing and governing KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs (risk, collections, partner), providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all activities.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) for ensuring end objective delivery requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
  • Identifying and setting up new processes by working with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Designing SOPs and metrics of the new processes being set up.

What will you do?
  • Earn trust for and cultivate understanding of PayNback among external audiences by building a drumbeat of stories across media platforms.
  • Conceptualise, pitch, and secure these stories by working with internal stakeholders across talent, product, engineering, and design teams to identify interesting nuggets and connect them to form coherent and compelling narratives.
  • Build sustainable relationships with journalists, influencers, third-party organisations.

Campaign Ops

What will you do?
  • Own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from PayNback product/ business teams and working with design/copy/ and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work on creating the campaign on the app screens, with strict adherence to TAT and quality metrics.
  • Evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams for improving the campaign experience for members.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure the requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency. Help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights.

What will you do?
  • Own strategy and planning for the revenue/demand team while working directly with the revenue lead for PayNback store.
  • Manage P&L and own key business metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, gross margin, average sale price, transacting users etc. for relevant categories/constructs, as this will be pivotal in ensuring the business achieves its top and bottom line targets.
  • Drive the execution roadmap of the commerce business & ensure store becomes a critical part of PayNback’s revenue in medium to long term.
  • Identify levers to optimize funnel metrics resulting in improved user engagement & consequently higher ROI for PayNback’s merchant partners.
  • Liaison with product and campaign operations teams for defining SOPs and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with other cross functional teams including finance, supply, marketing, product and central teams to influence their functions and drive business outcomes.
  • Take accountability for the layout, merchandise for the relevant category/construct.
